Refundable Tickets:

2.2 Cancellation by Dream Travel Gulf
In the event that Dream Travel Gulf cancels your flight:
- You will be entitled to a full refund of the unused portion of your ticket.
- Alternatively, we may offer you the option to rebook on another flight at no additional cost or receive a travel voucher/credit for future travel.
2.3 Flight Delays and Rescheduling
If your flight is delayed or rescheduled by Dream Travel Gulf:
- For delays exceeding [X hours], you may request a refund for the unused portion of your ticket.
- You may also choose to be rebooked on the next available flight without incurring any change fees.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Enter your booking reference and personal details to access your booking.
- Select the “Cancel” option and follow the prompts to submit a cancellation request.

Refunds will be processed as follows:
